TOPIC OF THE YEAR

Each year we give special focus to an area of law intrinsic to the fabric of San Diego county's culture, history, and modern day life. We have identified four main topics: Border Law, Military Law, Tribal Law, and Water Law. These topics are rotated annually for special prominence in our educational and professional programming. BORDER LAW INTRODUCTION

This year we feature the topic of Border Law. Throughout the year we will highlight important issues specifically involving the US-Mexico border.

This guide provides a general overview of Border Law topics, resources available, and local agencies that may provide assistance.
